House defines leadership as "the ability of an individual to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the organizations of which they are members."

We define leadership as one whose visionary ideas and authentic passion inspire the vision and passion of others inside or outside of the organizations they are a part of.
