Avaya tasked Faction Media to develop a global campaign to position its acquisition of Nortel positively with it’s segmented audience and reinforce the benefits of Avaya purchasing Nortel Enterprise solutions.
This approach minimized the typical swirl of uncertainty that surrounds the transition period that follows one company taking over or merging with another, successfully finding common ground between the potentially disparate audience concerns.
